Using a strengths based, culturally responsive, and compassionate approach, we will collaborate to find a new way forward. I use evidence based practices such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Motivational Interviewing. These modalities focus on skill development, behavior change, and goal setting.
I specialize in the teenage experience. I work with adolescents and their families to guide them through this challenging and formative life stage.
I also work with young adults and young professionals who are managing anxiety, depression, grief, anger, and relationship issues.
I have over 10 years of experience working with social, emotional and behavioral challenges in the education system. I also worked to support youth and their families through wilderness courses at Outward Bound.
